Short Story Writing

A five week course that will creatively explore the basic structure of story telling covering techniques such as creative non-fiction, dialogue, narration and editing.
Intro to Cafe skills
Wednesdays, 23 August – 20 September, 9am – 12pm
Learn practical hospitality skills through our onsite coffee cart accessing commercial barista equipment. The course topics include Espresso Coffee making, Safe Food Handling, Customer Service, Communication Skills and Money Handling.
Includes a Safe Food Handling certificate.
Tuning in to Kids
Mondays, 7pm – 9pm
14 August – 18 September
A six session emotionally intelligent parenting program for parents of toddlers and pre-schoolers. $150 per person or $200 per couple. Spaces are limited!
Beginner Basics Sourdough Workshop
Saturday 12 August, 1pm – 3.30pm
The Art of Eating presents Basics Sourdough Workshop. This workshop will acquaint with starter culture and all the fine baked goods you can make together at home, including pizza dough, flat breads, pancakes and of course that elusive artisan loaf. Includes recipes, your own take home loaf as well as a banneton for making artisan loaves at home.
$60 per person.
