MYOB – Module 1

Whether you’re interested in keeping your home  budget on track, or your small business finances in order, this MYOB module 1 course is for you.  Be introduced to basic MYOB, the industry standard business accounting package, and consolidate your accounting skills in a friendly and fun environment. The course will provide you with a sound understanding of how MYOB works, covering all the essentials for anyone who needs to monitor invoicing, inventory, payroll, accounts tracking and more. This is a hands on course, instructor led, with plenty of practical exercises. If you are looking at changing career, or returning to the work force, this course is designed to be your first step.

Prerequisites:

• Basic computer skills
• Moderate written and verbal English skills
• Basic Numeracy skills
• Microsoft Windows experience.

MYOB – Payroll

This course goes beyond the basics of MYOB, teaching students how to use the Payroll functions of the MYOB software – a skill that is frequently required by employers!

  • Print payslips
  • Pay employees electronically
  • Manage your annual leave and sick leave accruals

  • Process end of payroll year activities including payment summaries
  • Start a new payroll year
