Belly Dancing

Community belly dancing classes for  basic beginners and beginners. Come and have some fun.

Pilates – Mat

This class improves flexibility, fitness, strength, balance and body awareness through floor exercises.

Cost: $100 for term (casuals at $10)

 

Tai Chi for Health

Re-energise your mind and body with these gentle movements to improve your balance and co-ordination , and reduce stress.  The class is lead by a certified instructor of Dr Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Health Institute programs. This class is suited for more experienced students.

Circuit

A form of body conditioning which targets building strength and muscle endurance as a full body workout with various work stations. Please bring your own mat.  *Conditions Apply*

Thursdays, 20 July – 21 September, 7pm – 8pm (Intermediate)

Stretch and Strength for Older Adults

Gentle class ideally suited for women with managed condition. Some chair, standing and floor based exercises involved.  A medical clearance may be required. Please bring your own mat. *Conditions Apply*
